1．园区的上级主管部门设立科技成果奖、科技成果产业化奖和科技创新奖，每年颁发一次，所需经费在区科技发展资金中列支。
2．符合下列条件之一的公民和组织可申请科技成果奖：
     ①上年度经市（含市）级以上科技部门鉴定并登记的科技成果；
     ②经国家知识产权局授权的发明专利和经国家、省级有关部门著作权登记的计算机软件；
     ③经有关部门采纳、应用，并取得显著社会效益的管理科学、决策科学等软科学研究项目。
3．科技成果奖设一等奖1名、二等奖3名、三等奖6名，可以空缺；奖金分别是6万、4万、2万元人民币。
奖级评定要符合以下条件：
     一等奖：在技术上有重要突破，总体技术水平和主要经济指标达到国内领先水平，对本行业的技术进步和产业结构调整有重大作用或取得了显著社会效益；
     二等奖：技术上有较大创新，总体技术水平和主要经济指标达到国内先进水平，对本行业的技术进步和产业结构调整有较大作用或取得了较大社会效益；
     三等奖：在技术上有一定创新，总体技术水平和主要经济指标达到省内领先水平，对本行业的技术进步和产业结构调整有一定作用或取得了一定社会效益。
4．符合下列条件的公民和组织可申请科技成果产业化奖：
     ①市（含市）级以上科技计划项目经市（含市）级以上科技部门鉴定并登记的科技成果，或经国家知识产权局授权的发明、实用新型专利，或经国家、省级有关部门著作权登记的计算机软件；
     ②该科技成果产品是高新技术产品或计算机软件；
     ③该科技成果产品上年度销售收入（含技术有偿使用收入）1500万元以上。
5．科技成果产业化奖设一等奖、二等奖、三等奖，名额不限，可以空缺；奖金分别是40万、20万、10万元人民币。
奖级评定要符合以下条件：
     一等奖：申报的科技成果产品上年度销售收入6000万元人民币以上；
     二等奖：申报的科技成果产品上年度销售收入3000万元人民币以上；
     三等奖：申报的科技成果产品上年度销售收入1500万元人民币以上。
6．凡上年度取得2项以上（含2项）专利授权、计算机软件著作权登记，其中至少一项为发明专利的公民和组织均可申报科技创新奖。
7．科技创新奖设一等奖、二等奖、三等奖，名额不限，可以空缺；奖金分别是10万、5万、3万元人民币。
奖级评定要符合以下条件：
     一等奖：上年度取得自主知识产权6项以上，其中发明专利3项；
     二等奖：上年度取得自主知识产权4项以上，其中发明专利2项；
     三等奖：上年度取得自主知识产权2项以上，其中发明专利1项。
8．申报奖励时间为每年3月1日至3月10日，逾期不予受理。

Temporary provision of technology rewards in the park

1. The high management authorities of the park have established technology achievement reward, industrialized technology achievement reward and technology renovation reward which are awarded annually. All the required fees will be supplied by the district technological development funds.

2. The citizen or organization matching one of the following conditions can apply for technology achievement reward:
    1) The registered technology achievement through the authentication of the municipal or higher level technological department in the previous year.
    2) The patent for innovation through the authorization of the State Intellectual Property Bureau, and the computer software through the copyright register of the national or provincial departments concerned.
    3) The software research projects in the fields like management science or decision-making science that are adopted by the departments concerned and have marked social benefits.

3. The technology achievement rewards have set up 1 first prize, 3 second prizes and 6 third prizes, which can be vacant; the bonus will respectively be 60,000, 40,000 and 20,000 RMB.
The prize assessment contains the following conditions:
    First Prize: There is a great breakthrough in technology, the overall technical skills and major economic index should reach the domestic leading level, which plays an important role or has marked social benefits in the self-industrial technology improvements and industrial restructuring.
    Second Prize: There is a major innovation in technology, the overall technical skills and major economic index should reach the domestic leading level, which plays an major role or has fair-sized social benefits in the self-industrial technology improvements and industrial restructuring.
    Third Prize: There is a certain innovation in technology, the overall technical skills and major economic index should reach the provincial leading level, which plays an certain part or has some social benefits in the self-industrial technology improvements and industrial restructuring.

4. The citizen or organization matching one of the following conditions can apply for the
industrialized technology achievement reward:
    1) The registered technology achievements in municipal or higher level technology planning projects through the identification of municipal or higher level technology department, or the practical new patent through the authorization of the State Intellectual Property Bureau, or the computer software through the copyright register of the national or provincial departments concerned.
    2) The technological achievement product is high and new technical product or computer software.
    3) The technological achievement product has a sales income above 15 million RMB---including the income for paid use of technology---in the previous year.

5. The industrialized technology achievement rewards have set up first prizes, second prizes and third prizes, with no limit on the number and vacancies; the bonus will respectively be 400,000, 200,000 and 100,000 RMB.
The prize assessment contains the following conditions:
    First Prize: the declared technological achievement product has a sales income above 60 million RMB in the previous year;
    Second Prize: the declared technological achievement product has a sales income above 30 million RMB in the previous year;
    Third Prize: the declared technological achievement product has a sales income above 15 million RMB in the previous year;

6. The citizen or organization achieving two or more patent authorizations or computer software copyright registrations in the previous year, with at least one innovation patent, both can apply for the technological innovation award.

7. The technology innovation rewards have set up first prizes, second prizes and third prizes, with no limit on the number and vacancies; the bonus will respectively be 100,000, 50,000 and 30,000 RMB.
The prize assessment contains the following conditions:
    First Prize: at least six self-developing intellectual properties have been made in the previous year including three innovation patents;?
    Second Prize: at least four self-developing intellectual properties have been made in the previous year including two innovation patents;?
    Third Prize: at least two self-developing intellectual properties have been made in the previous year including one innovation patents.??
