广东软件科学园是广东省政府为加强广东软件产业技术和产品项目研发力量、提升软件企业规划管理水平和产品质量、加强业界交流和协调而组织筹建的重大项目。目的是构建共性技术支撑体系、产业配套服务体系和资源平台，成为我省软件共性技术“产、学、研一体化”研发基地，整合软件产业资源、促进软件产业的分工专业化、规模化发展，全面提升广东软件产业研发水平。
广东省科学技术厅、广东省生产力促进中心作为广东软件科学园的主管部门，负责广东软件科学园组建和行政指导工作
广东软件科学园、天河软件园、南沙资讯科技园共同组成“广州软件园”，是国家级软件产业基地。
Construction Background
In order to reinforce industrial technology and manufacturing R&D potence for software enterprises in Guangdong Province, and to promote the planning and operating level for software enterprises, as well as to promote inter-industrial exchange and coordination, the Guangdong Provincial Government established a key project--- Guangdong Software Science Park , namely GSSP . The purpose of this project is to construct the common technological support system, industrial adequate and systematic service system and resource-integrated platform, to become the R&D base with “produce-study-research” all-in-one for common software technology in Guangdong Province, integrating the software industry resources, promoting the professional compartmentalization and development scale and finally upgrading the R&D level of Guangdong's software enterprises.
As the administrative department in charge of GSSP , Guangdong Technology Chamber and Guangdong Productivity Accelerating Center are responsible for construction and administrative guidance.
Guangzhou Software Park is a state-level software industry base that consists of GSSP , Tianhe Software Park and Nansha Information Technology Park .
建设宗旨
1 、构建共性技术支撑体系和产业配套服务平台，成为我省软件基础共性技术“产学研一体化”研发基地;
2 、构筑广东软件产业协作网（即“广东虚拟软件园”），作为软件产业资源整合平台;
3 、成为国家及地方有关软件产业政策的协调平台。
Construction Targets
- constructing the common technological support system, industrial adequate and systematic service platform, becoming the R&D base with “produce-study-research” all-in-one for common software technology in Guangdong Province .
- building up Guangdong Software Industrial Cooperation Network (viz. Guangdong Virtual Software Park ) as the integrated platform for software industry.
- being the coordinating platform for the related national and local industrial policy.
基础建设规划
广东软件科学园首期建设用地 100 亩，总建筑面积为 148 ， 000 平方米 ，总投资为 6 亿元人民币，计划于 2006 年底全部完成基础建设。
第一阶段
目前已完成智能综合楼、软件出口基地和企业孵化器的建设。智能综合楼建筑面积为 13000 平方米 ，同时投入使用的还有质量评测与认证中心、网络通信中心及人才培训中心。
第二阶段
软件出口基地规划建筑面积为约 60 ， 000 平方米，地下停车库 11 ， 000 平方米 ；企业孵化器规划建筑面积为 24 ， 000 平方米 。
同期建成：
软件公共技术支撑平台、
软件工程国家工程研究中心、
广东省软件共性技术重点实验室。
第三阶段
完成研发服务中心、信息安全基地的建设。总规划建筑面积约 40,000 平方米 。推动信息安全研发项目发展；为园区企业提供完善配套和休闲服务。
Infrastructure planning
The total construction area of GSSP is 148,000 square meters with the first stage construction area of 100 mu. And the total amount of investment will be 600,000,000 RMB, all the infrastructure will be completed by the end of 2006.
Stage Ⅰ
Up to now, the comprehensive intelligent building, software export base and enterprise incubator has been successfully constructed. The construction area of the comprehensive intelligent building is 13,000 square meters. The quality evaluating and certificating center, the network communication center and personnel training center have been brought into operation at the same time.
Stage Ⅱ
The planned construction area of software export base is approximately 60,000 square meters, with a underground parking area of 11,000 square meters, and the planned construction area of enterprise incubator is about 24,000 square meters.

Stage Ⅲ
The construction of service center and information security base will be completed. The total planned construction area will approximately be 40,000 square meters. The information security R&D projects will be launched; the systematic and leisure service will be provided to the enterprises in GSSP .
